Old Millstone Landing is a waterfront community in the quaint coastal fishing village of Sneads Ferry, located in South Eastern North Carolina.
Many of the Old Millstone Landing home sites can have piers on Mill Creek, which enters the Intracoastal Water Way at Alligator Bay, just a short boat ride south from the Atlantic Ocean at the New River Inlet. The New River is in the Jacksonville, NC area, which is home to the rapidly expanding Camp LeJeune Marine Base.

Location:
From Jacksonville, take Hiway 17 South. Take a left onto Hiway 210. Turn left onto Old Folkstone Road. Look for the wate wheel at entrance of community and turn left.
From Wilmington, take US 17 North past Holly Ridge. Trun right on Old Folkston Road. Go through 210 intersection and continue one half mile. Look for the water wheel at entrance and turn left.
