To keep the process smooth and prevent you from getting bogged down in the details, we guarantee a 200+ point inspection. H&H Homes hires a licensed third-party Quality Control inspector to run a final check, ensuring that all new homes meet the Industry Guidelines for Building Standards. Inspectors conduct comprehensive reviews of a home, including structural, functional, and cosmetic details. At that point, you can attend your Homeowner Orientation with full confidence that your new home is ready and built to last. During your Homeowner Orientation, a builder from our team will give you a complete walkthrough and will show you key functional elements to make you feel at home and in charge.

At H&H Homes, we know that peace of mind is of the highest importance for homebuyers and their families. That’s why our homes include a 2-10 Home Buyers’ Warranty ®. Once you have a chance to settle into your new home, we want to help ensure that you feel safe, secure, and set up for long term comfort. Our warranty includes ten full years of structural coverage for load-bearing components. Our also warranty covers two full years of systems coverage on electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems. Plus, we include one full year of workmanship coverage.
