Q:  How many years has H&H Homes been in business? How many homes has H&H built?

A:  We've been in business since 1991 and just recently celebrated our 8,000th homeowner this past year.

Q:  How do I buy a new home if I need to sell my current home?

A:  First, we recommend getting an estimated timeline on your new home, to factor-in the sale of your current home. Once you're under contract, you'll want to time the sale of your current home to close roughly at the same time as your new home's completion. There are quite a few options to get your two transactions to align, time-wise, and we're happy to explore those options with you.

Q:  What kind of new home warranty does H&H Homes offer?

A:  We offer a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® which includes:

  • 10 full years of structural coverage for load-bearing components.
  • 2 full years of systems coverage on electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems.
  • 1 full year of workmanship coverage.

Q:  How quickly can I move into my new home?

A:  Move-in ready homes have a standard contract/escrow period of approximately 20-45 days. Ready-to-build home designs have a build time frame of 6-8 months.

Q:  What's the quality assurance process throughout the construction of my home?

A:  Our comprehensive quality assurance program begins before construction and continues through an extensive 200+ point inspection by a third-party licensed inspector.

Q:  How often (and when) will I have access to the home during the building process?

A:  You can tour your new home periodically, during the construction process. Simply contact your realtor or the builder representative for the best times to tour, primarily for safety reasons.

Q:  How much of a deposit is required to purchase a new home?

A:  General guidelines require anywhere from a $1,000 deposit, up to 5% of the purchase price, which is determined by community and geographical location of the city in which you are purchasing your new home.

Q:  Are there any additional options or upgrades?

A:  Yes, you can personalize your home based on the stage of construction, courtesy of our Design Studio.

Q:  How many Model Homes do you have available for viewing? What are their hours?

A:  We have over 30 Model Homes available to view, which include a variety of floor plans, elevations, product lines, and upgrades. They're open seven days a week, and by appointment; which can be scheduled with an Online Sales Counselor.

Q:  If I'm interested in a particular new home or community, what do I do next?

A:  Fill out a form on our website, or call the number associated with the area you're interested in to speak with one of our Online Sales Counselors. They can answer questions, or schedule an appointment with the community representative. You can then tour available Model Homes, and when you're ready, get started with the purchase process.
